Play Maker Society LIVE is a multi-day, immersive business growth event for owners and leaders in the children’s party/event industry. It brings together industry peers, experts, and workshop facilitators to help you:

-Learn actionable strategies in leadership, marketing, operations, finance, and more
-Solve challenges you face by working directly with speakers and fellow business owners
-Build meaningful connections and collaborations
-Leave feeling confident, re-energized, and equipped to move your business forward

During the event, participants can attend guest speaker sessions, workshops, networking dinners, and hands-on collaboration sessions.

While priority ticket access and special pricing is given to current Play Maker Society members, a very limited number of tickets are typically made available to the public each year! Joining the waitlist is your BEST (and likely only) chance to grab a ticket if you are not a current member of Play Maker Society.

YES—absolutely! Even if you haven’t opened your doors yet, Play Maker Society LIVE is designed for you. In fact, attending during the planning phase can save you from costly mistakes and give you a clear roadmap for launching successfully. You’ll gain insights directly from experienced owners, learn what to prioritize before signing a lease or hiring staff, and connect with a supportive network that can guide you from idea to opening day.

This event is held annually in the summertime. 

We aim to have the event in a new major city each year. We typically split the event into two venues- a hotel (at which attendees get discounted rooms!) and a local play space. Play Makers Live 2026 will be held in Phoenix, Arizona. The two venues this year are Mountain Shadows Resort and The Little Play Avenue.

This year’s event will take place July 19, 2026 through July 21, 2026.

We have not announced pricing yet as we are still working with vendors to calculate costs, but this will be announced just before tickets go on sale in November 2025.

Play Maker Society members will get special discounted pricing and first access. There is NO GUARANTEE any tickets will be made available to the public, as the group gets first access and there is an extremely limited number of tickets available due to venue size.

Your ticket includes full access to a welcome reception the evening of July 19, as well as two full days (July 20 and 21) of immersive learning and networking including  access to all sessions, workshops, and panels; event workbooks and materials; all meals and drinks (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, coffee, and beverages throughout both days); exclusive event swag; and dedicated networking time with fellow owners, experts, and sponsors. 

Hotel and travel are not included. Alcohol is also not included in the ticket price but will be available for purchase at evening mealtimes.

YES! Tickets will go on sale in November 2025. At that time, you can either pay in-full for your ticket OR select to pay over 6 months.

No. Play Maker Society LIVE is intentionally designed as an in-person experience to foster real collaboration, connection, and hands-on learning. The workshops, networking opportunities, and peer-to-peer interactions are a big part of what makes this event so valuable, and those can’t be replicated virtually.

Tickets are non-refundable, but they are transferable to another person up to 30 days before the event. This allows flexibility if your plans change while ensuring we can finalize details for all attendees.

In addition to your event ticket, you’ll be responsible for your hotel accommodations, travel, and transportation to and from the venues (including any ubers, etc). You will also be responsible for any snacks, meals, and drinks you choose to consume outside of our dedicated mealtimes. You will also be responsible for paying for any alcohol you’d like to consume (there will be cash-bars available at evening mealtimes). Your ticket already includes all sessions, materials, meals, snacks, and drinks throughout the event, so once you arrive, nearly everything else is taken care of.

Yes, you are welcome to bring anyone on your team or who works on your business! They will, however, need their OWN separate ticket to attend. You may purchase it on their behalf.

Yes, spouses are welcome! They will, however, need their OWN separate ticket to attend. 

If your spouse is NOT interested in attending the business portion of the event (July 20 and 21 from 9am-5pm MT), there will be PLENTY for them to do at Mountain Shadows Resort! Check out their amenities here that include fitness, swimming, on-site golf, hiking, and more!

If that is the case, you are welcome to purchase a SOCIAL SPOUSE ticket for them, so they can attend ONLY the evening events (welcome reception on July 19 as well as dinner on July 20 and 21). This will cover their food and drink without having to purchase a FULL event ticket.

They are also welcome to take in the resort independently and not attend any events at all! There will be plenty to do! 

ALL Play Maker Society Live events (including meals) are strictly for ADULTS except for babies-in-arms ONLY. We kindly ask that you make alternate arrangements for your children, as this is an adults-only, professional event. The sessions, workshops, and networking opportunities (including meals) are designed for focused learning and collaboration, and we want every attendee to get the most out of the experience.

Yes! Play Maker Society LIVE 2026 is designed to be highly interactive. Beyond the speaker sessions, you’ll participate in workshops, panels, and small-group activities where you can bring up challenges unique to your business. There will also be open Q&A sessions and dedicated networking time, so you’ll walk away with tailored insights—not just general advice.

You won’t feel like a stranger for long! Play Maker Society LIVE 2026 is intentionally structured to foster connection, with icebreakers, small-group workshops, and collaborative activities built into the agenda.
