You can call this my “tough love” episode for all of my brick-and-mortar hopefuls -- but try to think of this episode as a fun, lighthearted look into the more nitty gritty side of what YOU can expect once you put pen to paper and sign that lease-- because it would NOT be fair to only share the good stuff here. This is NOT meant to discourage anyone from pursuing their physical-location dreams but rather to force you to do some self-reflection and have some of the tough conversations with your spouse or family I’m going to mention BEFORE you make a decision you regret.
