014: 6 Changes I'm (Already) Making to my Membership Site After Launching

It’s been about a month and a half since I switched my pay-in full course, Play Cafe Academy, over to a membership model. While it’s way too soon to see if a membership model is going to work or not, I am in the process of making a few tweaks to the program and it’s pricing so I wanted to share them with you.

So therefore this isn’t part 2 of my membership episode that I promised, it’s more like part 1.5.

I am going to see how these small tweaks do and then evaluate again after my next launch which is coming up in just over a month, so I will be sure to release the official part 2 of my membership podcast episode series around that time, so stay tuned-- that on’s still coming. 

But for now, lets break down the 6 small changes I am making that I really believe will make a BIG impact on my revenue and also on the success my members get.
