PLAY MAKER SOCIETY LIVE SCHEDULE, TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

1. Event Information Play Maker Society LIVE ("the Event") is an in-person networking event organized for business owners that will take place July 19-21, 2026 in Phoenix, Arizona.

2. Event Date and Location The MAIN Events will take place on July 20, 2026 at Mountain Shadows Resort and July 21, 2026 at the Little Play Avenue. There will also be an optional welcome reception at Mountain Shadows Resort on July 19 in the evening. This will include light fare and a cash bar, but not a full meal.

3. Attendance and Deposit

3.1. To attend the Event, all prospective attendees must register and have paid the full amount of their ticket before July 1, 2026. Your initial payment is your deposit and secures your spot, unless you do not complete your payments.

3.2. Deposits will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis until the maximum capacity is reached. EVERY person who attends needs their own ticket. This event is adult ONLY.

4. Registration Process

4.1. To register for the Event, please visit this Registration Link and complete the online registration form and submit deposit. Your spot IS NOT RESERVED until a deposit is made. a Facebook event RSVP does NOT secure your spot.

4.2. After successful registration, you will receive a confirmation email with further Event details, itinerary, food preference survey, and more. It is YOUR responsibility to complete all surveys and questionnaires in a timely basis. If you do not, your preferences may not be considered.  

5. Event Cancellation

5.1. Play Maker Society reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the Event at any time due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of cancellation, all deposited funds will be refunded to registrants within 1 calendar year.

6. Event Conduct

6.1. Attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner throughout the Event.

6.2. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate removal from the Event, and the attendee will forfeit their deposit.

7. Liability

7.1. Play Maker Society and the Event organizers are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to personal property or persons during the Event.

8. Privacy Policy

8.1. By registering for the Event, attendees consent to the collection and use of their personal information for Event-related communication and refund processing.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

9.1. Play Maker Society reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Attendees will be notified of any changes via email.

10. Event Details Subject to Change

10.1. Please be advised that all event details, including but not limited to the schedule, venue, and activities, are subject to change until July 1, 2025.

10.2. While we aim to provide accurate and up-to-date information, unforeseen circumstances or logistical adjustments may necessitate modifications to the Event.

10.3. Any changes to the Event will be communicated to registered attendees promptly via email or other official communication channels.

11. Refund and Ticket Transfer Policy

11.1. Tickets for Play Maker Society LIVE are transferable up to 30 days prior to the event. There are absolutely NO REFUNDS on ticket purchases for any reason.

11.2. All ticket transfers must be requested and approved by Michele Caruana, the event organizer, to ensure that the transfer aligns with the eligibility criteria and Event policies.

11.3. To request a ticket transfer, please contact Michele Caruana at [email protected] and provide the necessary details regarding the transferee, including their name and contact information. You may not request a transfer if the event takes place in LESS than 30 days.

11.4. Transfer requests must be submitted at least 30 days prior to the Event to allow for processing and approval.

11.5. Unauthorized ticket transfers may result in the cancellation of the transferred ticket and forfeiture of the entire ticket cost.

We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring that ticket transfers adhere to our policies and guidelines. This helps us maintain the integrity and quality of Play Maker Society LIVE for all attendees.

12. Travel and Lodging Responsibility

12.1. All attendees are solely responsible for arranging and paying for their own travel and lodging accommodations to attend Play Maker Society LIVE.

12.2. Play Maker Society does not provide travel or lodging services and will not be responsible for making travel or accommodation arrangements for attendees.

12.3. However, to assist attendees in planning their trip, hotel recommendations in the event location will be provided with a discounted group booking rate before March of 2026. These recommendations are for informational purposes only, and attendees are free to choose accommodations that best suit their needs and preferences.

12.4. Attendees are advised to make their travel and lodging arrangements well in advance of the Event to ensure availability and to secure the best rates.
